Terms of Service

Carevra provides resume tailoring, ATS analysis, interview prep, LinkedIn optimization, job tracking, and related AI-powered career tools (the "Service"). We may add, remove, or modify features at our discretion.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Carevra. You are responsible for the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@carevra.com of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use Carevra to misrepresent qualifications, fabricate employment history, or commit fraud.
• Upload content you do not have the right to use.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract source code, prompts, or model weights.
• Resell, white-label, or sublicense the Service without a written agreement.
• Use the Service to generate spam, harassment, or content that violates applicable law.
• Probe, scan, or interfere with the security or availability of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.

Carevra offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable plan and any taxes.

Renewal. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel before the renewal date.

Price changes. If we change subscription prices, we'll give you at least 14 days' notice before the change applies to your account.

Paid plans may include a 7-day free trial. To start the trial you authorise a payment method (card or Apple Pay), but no charge is taken on day zero. If you do not cancel before the end of day 7, your payment method is charged at the plan price and your subscription renews on the same cycle going forward.

You can cancel anytime from the Billing page. Cancelling during the free trial stops the trial from converting and you are not charged. Cancelling after a paid renewal stops future renewals — you keep access until the end of the current billing period.

Refund policy. Because the 7-day free trial gives you full access at $0 to evaluate Carevra, paid charges are non-refundable once taken, except where required by law. If you believe you were charged in error, email support@carevra.com and we will investigate.

Carevra generates content using large language models. Outputs are suggestions — they may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or phrasing that doesn't fit your context. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying every word of any resume, cover letter, interview answer, or message before you send it to an employer.

Carevra does not guarantee interviews, offers, or any specific employment outcome. ATS scores are estimates based on public information about applicant tracking systems and should be treated as guidance, not a guarantee of how a specific employer's system will parse your resume.

Your content. You retain ownership of resumes, job descriptions, and other content you submit. You grant Carevra a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you.

Generated outputs. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the AI-generated outputs produced for your account and may use them for any lawful purpose, including job applications.

Our IP. The Carevra brand, software, design, prompts, scoring system, and documentation are owned by Carevra and protected by intellectual property laws. No license is granted except as explicitly stated here.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@carevra.com. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately and your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate or suitable for your situation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carevra and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, employment opportunities, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $100.

You agree to indemnify and hold Carevra harmless from any claim arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except where local consumer law gives you the right to a different forum.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
