Auto-renewal

Plans renew on the same calendar day each month or year. You'll always get an email receipt.

Cancel anytime

Cancel in one click from the Billing portal. You keep access until the end of the period.

7-day free trial

Start Unlimited with $0 due today. We hold your card or Apple Pay so your access continues seamlessly after the trial — cancel any time before day 7 to avoid being charged.

Secure payments

All payments handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

How renewal works

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each monthly billing period at the same price you signed up at. Stripe sends a receipt to your email after every successful charge. If a payment fails, we'll retry a few times and email you before pausing your subscription.

How to cancel

  1. Open your account menu in the top right.
  2. Click Billing & plans.
  3. Click Manage subscription to open the Stripe portal.
  4. Click Cancel plan.

Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep full access until the end of the current period.

Switching plans

You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from the Stripe portal. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing period.

Free trial & refund policy

Unlimited starts with a 7-day free trial. You add a payment method (card or Apple Pay) at signup so your access continues without interruption when the trial ends, but $0 is due that day. You can cancel any time before day 7 from the Billing portal and you will not be charged.

After the trial converts and the first payment is taken, charges are non-refundable except where required by law. We do this so we can offer a real, full-access trial up front instead of a stripped-down free tier. You can still cancel anytime to stop the next renewal — you keep access until the end of your current billing period.

Disputed charges

Don't recognize a charge? Email support@carevra.com before opening a chargeback — we can almost always resolve it in a day. Chargebacks filed without contacting support first may result in account suspension.
